The Teflon washer base fits a standard vacuum flask with a 24/40 tapered joint.
The 5mm OD sample tube is inverted and slipped over the solvent tube a few millimeters
from the round bottom of the tube.
Once a vacuum is applied and solvent is placed in the reservior it will be drawn through the PEEK
solvent tube to wash the inside of the sample tube. 
Once the solvent is depleted, drawing air through the system will help dry the tube.
